Schema Therapy
Schema therapy blends cognitive behavioral approaches with experiential and emotion-focused work, while paying close attention to core human needs such as safety, attachment, self-compassion, freedom, and joy. In sessions, therapists use schema-based interventions to support clients in meeting these needs from a healthy adult perspective, grounded in warmth and compassionate care.

Narrative Therapy
By becoming the "author" of your life story, you can separate yourself from painful experiences, find new meaning, and rewrite your narrative to reflect your strengths and goals, rather than being defined by trauma. Narrative therapy is therapy that helps adolescents and adults heal from painful childhood experiences.

ERP/Exposure
The effectiveness of ERP as a treatment for OCD has been demonstrated in many studies.
